Colliers is hiring an experienced Technical Services Manager for its Berkeley Square Estate team in Mayfair. The role leads technical service delivery, operational integration of refurbished buildings, maintenance and contractor management, project-led works, compliance, risk and business continuity, and sustainability initiatives. It provides specialist support to facilities and building management teams, manages consultants and contractors, and supports client and stakeholder relationships. The position requires significant commercial property facilities management experience, knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services, CAFM and building management systems, and the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
