Description
The Technical Team Leader will lead and coach a team of three technicians at a highly secure site in Antwerp, overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance while performing specialized HVAC, electrical, and security-system interventions. The role manages the FMIS ticketing system, advises clients on technical improvements, oversees work permits and subcontractor safety, and provides rotating on-call support. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electromechanics or equivalent practical experience, hands-on technician experience, strong knowledge of building management, HVAC, and electricity, Dutch fluency, administrative skills, and a category B driver’s license.
