VELUX is hiring a Technical Services Manager to lead technical operations at its Skjern production site. Reporting to the General Manager, the role oversees Project Engineers, engineering specialists, and maintenance technicians, with responsibility for equipment reliability, technical projects, digitalisation, process optimisation, new machinery integration, and operational KPIs. The manager will also develop team capabilities, collaborate with local and international stakeholders, and support the development of a Lean culture. The position requires manufacturing or industrial leadership experience, a relevant technical qualification, substantial experience leading technical or maintenance teams, knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement, and fluency in English and Danish.
