Description
The Technical Services Superintendent leads and coordinates the safe and efficient execution of mining activities while overseeing the Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Mining Engineering, and Surveying departments. The role directs supervisors, coaches teams, promotes safety and continuous improvement, aligns operational plans with production and commercial targets, manages mine plans and technical-service systems, and supports project KPIs and account-related month-end activities. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mining or geological engineering, at least 10 years of operating-mine experience primarily in underground environments, and at least 5 years managing technical professionals.
