BizzyCar is hiring a Technical Setup Specialist for its Implementation Team to manage the technical onboarding of new customers. The role owns kickoff calls, DMS and scheduling integrations, troubleshooting, configuration updates, historical data processing, test appointments, pre-launch checks, launch activities, customer communication, documentation, and handoff to Customer Success. Candidates need at least two years of experience in technical onboarding, implementation, project management, or IT support, along with software configuration, API, and integration knowledge; SaaS or automotive technology experience is preferred. The position offers a base salary of $65,000-$70,000 and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
