BizzyCar is hiring a Technical Setup Specialist for its Implementation Team to manage the technical onboarding of new customers. The role leads kickoff calls, DMS and scheduling integrations, troubleshooting, historical data processing, test appointments, pre-launch checks, rooftop launches, customer communication, documentation, and handoff to Customer Success. Candidates need at least two years of experience in technical onboarding, implementation, project management, or IT support, along with software configuration, API, and integration knowledge; SaaS or automotive technology experience is preferred. The position offers a base salary of $65,000-$70,000 and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
