The client is hiring a Technical Operator to run and adjust blow extrusion machines in a three-shift system. Responsibilities include monitoring and adjusting machine parameters, changing colors and weights, analyzing quality results, resolving minor technical problems, and suggesting process improvements. The role requires Dutch fluency, technical aptitude, practical repair ability, and previous operator experience. It offers a permanent contract after a successful introductory period, starting pay of €18.42 per hour and €20.14 per hour after training, shift premiums, additional vacation days, and intensive training.
