Aurea GmbH is seeking a full-time Technical Site Construction Manager for temporary employee leasing in Hilden. The role manages refurbishment and renovation projects on existing properties, with a focus on energy-efficient measures such as thermal insulation, window replacement, and energy modernization. Responsibilities include coordinating trades and external service providers, supervising construction activities, controlling quality, cost, and schedule, reviewing quantities and invoices, and overseeing acceptance and handover. Candidates need relevant civil engineering, architecture, or building technology training, several years of site-management experience, knowledge of VOB and HOAI, coordination experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a Class B driver’s license.
