ALLPOWER Personalprofis GmbH is seeking a Technical Site Manager in building services engineering and facility management to oversee the safe, cost-effective, and legally compliant operation of buildings and technical systems. The role coordinates maintenance, inspections, testing, repairs, technicians, service providers, and subcontractors; monitors schedules, costs, quality, and documentation; evaluates technical quotes; supports commissioning and execution; identifies operational improvements; prepares client reports; and serves as the central contact for clients, users, service providers, and internal departments.
