XTEL is hiring a Technical Solution Enablement Lead to lead technical enablement for internal field teams and partner engineers. The role defines technical capabilities, creates implementation blueprints, demos, integration patterns, learning paths, playbooks, and certifications, coordinates hands-on training, maintains technical resources, supports partner onboarding, and translates field feedback into product and curriculum improvements. It requires at least five years of experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or technical enablement in enterprise SaaS, along with strong integration, security, and enterprise IT knowledge. The position is fully remote in the United States or European Union, with occasional travel for enablement events and partner sessions.
