The role covers complex incident resolution, root cause analysis, network and security implementation, infrastructure upgrades, change management, technical documentation, OEM coordination, and mentoring of L1/L2 engineers. Candidates need at least eight years of network and security or infrastructure operations experience, strong L2/L3 enterprise networking and data centre experience, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
