Relay Robotics is hiring a Technical Solutions Associate to support hospital deployments, customer implementations, technical troubleshooting, field operations, documentation, and internal process improvements. The role combines customer-facing solution work, onsite robot configuration and acceptance testing, L2/L3 technical support, cloud and networking troubleshooting, and cross-functional operational projects. It is an early-career technical generalist role requiring 0–3 years of relevant experience, a technical foundation, Linux and networking knowledge, Python or another scripting language, cloud familiarity, and 20–40% travel to customer sites.
