Description
The Technical Solutions Consultant leads technical delivery for Syspro ERP implementations, advising customer infrastructure and IT leadership on architecture, performance, integration, hardware, cloud, and on-premises configurations. The role owns complex root-cause resolution, proof-of-concept and feasibility work, technical documentation, performance testing, and escalation of technical risk, while also applying AI orchestration and Generative AI capabilities and mentoring junior consultants.
