The Technical Solutions Engineer will lead proposal and estimating activities for the Polymer Division, translating customer RFQs and technical requirements into detailed manufacturing plans, cost estimates, and formal quotations. The role collaborates with engineering, production, commercial, and account management teams to validate manufacturability, cycle times, capacity, pricing, lead times, and order handoff, while supporting continuous improvement and revenue growth. It is based in Carlsbad, California; Irvine, California; or Rochester, New York, requires manufacturing and quoting experience, CAD proficiency, and a bachelor's degree or seven years of relevant experience, and pays $75,000 to $100,000.
