Description
Artos is hiring a Technical Solutions Engineer to lead customer-facing deployments and ongoing support of its biopharma R&D documentation platform. The role covers full-stack troubleshooting across Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, networking, authentication, secrets, APIs, integrations, and application behavior; debugging and reproducing issues; improving CI/CD, observability, and operational tooling; and maintaining technical documentation. Candidates need at least five years of relevant technical experience, strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and AWS, Azure, or GCP, and the ability to work directly with customer engineering teams.
