Description
The role partners with internal stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, build product architectures and solution roadmaps, coordinate product launches, resolve technical challenges, enable data access for reporting and visualization, and collaborate with product engineers to enhance core platforms and applications. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least three years of troubleshooting experience for internal or external partners or customers, and experience in system design or reading code such as Java, C++, or Python.
