Description
Talos is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to manage end-to-end onboarding and technical implementations for institutional clients and trading counterparties on its digital asset trading platform. The role focuses on API, FIX, and platform configuration work, coordinating with Sales, Account Management, Engineering, and external stakeholders to ensure successful deployments, troubleshoot integration issues, and maintain onboarding documentation. Candidates should have 3+ years of client onboarding or implementation experience in capital markets or fintech, working knowledge of SQL and command line environments, familiarity with configuration management, source control, basic scripting (Python preferred), and exposure to FIX, REST APIs, and JSON integrations.
