OpenLoop is hiring a Technical Solutions Engineering Manager to lead a team of solutions engineers responsible for designing, building, and delivering enterprise applications, software solutions, and integrations. The role combines people management, technical leadership, project delivery, stakeholder communication, risk management, reporting, and hands-on technical guidance. Candidates need at least 8 years of software engineering or released experience, including 4+ years managing engineers, along with cloud, software architecture, SDLC, CI/CD, agile, AI, and engineering-management experience.
