Gray Matter Logic is hiring a full-time Technical Solutions Manager to oversee the deployment and management of technology solutions, particularly IFS implementations and upgrades. The role coordinates technical activities from initial deployment through post-go-live support, serves as the customer and project-team liaison, plans and tracks configuration, reporting, integration, modification, and training activities, forecasts technical resources, resolves technical issues, and guides customers through configuration and security setup. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of technical solutions or project management experience, software integration and system architecture knowledge, CRIM and business-platform experience, leadership experience, and strong communication skills.
