Description
This role involves recommending solutions and conducting technical visits for customers, supporting new ADP projects by collecting CTQ and assisting with customer evaluations, failure analysis, and new formula development. The individual will participate in laboratory work for customer complaints, new test method design, and formula screening, preparing reports accordingly. Responsibilities also include product application, technical training, and seminars at the customer site. Effective communication and strong project management skills are essential.
