Beacon Software is hiring a Technical Sourcer to build and maintain proactive engineering and product talent pipelines across Toronto, San Francisco, and New York. The role owns sourcing strategy, multi-channel outreach, candidate qualification, pipeline hygiene, and sourcing metrics, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers. Candidates need 2–5 years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean skills, technical candidate communication ability, and a bachelor's degree.
