Coframe is hiring a Technical Sourcer to build and maintain talent pipelines, conduct targeted research, reach out to passive and competitive technical candidates, and support hiring managers with role-specific sourcing. The role involves developing sourcing systems, analyzing pipeline data, adapting to changing technical needs, and collaborating with leadership on long-term talent strategies. Candidates should have 2–3+ years of sourcing or talent acquisition experience, strong technical literacy, experience converting passive technical talent, and familiarity with AI recruiting tools. The position is based in San Francisco and requires being in the office five days per week.
