XDOF is hiring a Technical Sourcer to build and manage a pipeline of senior technical candidates for robotics, data infrastructure, and product engineering roles. The role involves developing sourcing strategies, identifying and engaging passive candidates through channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, robotics and machine learning communities, and referrals, translating hiring requirements into outreach, improving candidate experience, tracking sourcing metrics, and building sourcing processes and market maps. The position requires at least two years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, a record of closing senior technical candidates, strong written communication, self-direction, and organizational skills.
