Skylo is hiring a Technical Sourcing Recruiter to support technical hiring across software engineering, cloud infrastructure, embedded systems, wireless communications, and network engineering. The role partners with recruiting leads and hiring managers to define candidate profiles, build candidate pipelines, identify and engage passive candidates, conduct initial screens, maintain candidate records, and provide market and pipeline insights. Candidates should have experience sourcing or recruiting technical talent, strong research and writing skills, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
