BAE Systems is hiring a Technical Specialist – Airframe (CDO) to provide Typhoon airframe design support and liaison for the Royal Saudi Air Force at the Typhoon Support Centre in Taif. The role handles structural repair and design queries, approves responses within delegated authority, coordinates technical queries through Teamcenter, supports maintenance and line technical support, interfaces with UK and European industry teams, contributes to maintenance trend analysis, and provides on-the-job training to Saudi technical specialists. The position requires a relevant engineering degree or HND, aircraft structures experience, a design engineering signature, computer literacy, and knowledge of airworthiness, safety, quality, and export-control standards; CATIA, EDSRS, VisView, structural health monitoring, and PLM/Teamcenter experience are desirable.
