EML is seeking a permanent, full-time Technical Specialist to join their Melbourne or Canberra-based team. The specialist will provide technical guidance and training to Case Management teams regarding the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (SRC Act), focusing on claims management, dispute resolution, and risk mitigation. Responsibilities include advising on compensation entitlements, developing training programs, and optimizing outcomes for stakeholders. The role emphasizes a customer-centric approach and requires strong legal knowledge, leadership, and communication skills.
