Description
The Technical Specialist manages spare parts, tools, certified test equipment, and service-department items; oversees system installations; troubleshoots non-operational equipment; performs facility inspections; supports continuous improvement; coordinates departmental work; mentors team members; and escalates issues. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, commensurate experience, or demonstrated competence, and typically 6–8 years of related experience in equipment diagnosis, technical repair, blueprint reading, or a related field. It is a full-time position with no shift premium in Malaysia.
