The Senior Technical Specialist – R&D will lead software design and development for high-performance OLT platforms in fiber-based fixed access networks, focusing on GPON/XGPON, Layer 2 networking, packet processing, traffic engineering, and network element management. The role collaborates with Product Management, troubleshoots complex telecom software issues, and mentors engineering teams in an agile environment. Candidates need an engineering degree, at least five years of telecom broadband access experience, strong programming and test automation skills, and demonstrated technical leadership.
