Elysia Battery Intelligence is hiring a full-time, permanent Technical Specialist, Cell Modelling in Kidlington, Oxford, United Kingdom, on a hybrid work model. The role leads cell-modelling delivery across multiple customer programmes, develops reduced-order battery models such as ECMs and ECNs, translates laboratory and real-world battery data into engineering models, supports SoC, SoH, ageing and degradation modelling, and leads a team of five engineers. The specialist will also manage technical priorities, work with customers and internal teams, set modelling standards, and remain hands-on with the technical work.
