Lucid is hiring a Technical Specialist for Chassis Structural Components to lead the design and development of chassis structural components for electric vehicles from concept through production launch. The role defines performance, durability, ride, handling, NVH, and safety requirements; develops technology roadmaps; leads engineering and supplier collaboration; coordinates validation testing; partners with CAE and system teams; manages complex projects; and mentors engineering staff. Candidates need a mechanical engineering degree or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of automotive chassis mechanical design experience, strong 3D CAD and project leadership skills, and the ability to travel up to 20%.
