Carrier Global Corporation is hiring a full-time Technical Specialist - Controls Engineering in Hyderabad, India, to lead a team of 5–7 controls engineers and manage the design, development, verification, troubleshooting, and lab validation of Carrier HVAC controls solutions. The role covers model-based design, control architecture, requirements and system integration, MIL/SIL/HIL testing, psychrometric laboratory work, and strategic process improvements. Candidates need an M.S. or Ph.D. in Control Systems or Mechanical Engineering, at least 9 years of controls application development experience, and expertise in controls, MATLAB-based design, industrial control applications, thermodynamics, and software development lifecycle practices.
