Ascend Performance Materials is hiring a Technical Specialist Maintenance Leader to lead and develop a team of high-voltage, analyzer, and distributed control system technicians. The role oversees electrical, instrumentation, PLC, and DCS maintenance, troubleshooting, reliability improvement, preventive and predictive maintenance, safety compliance, budgets, contractor management, performance reviews, and plant turnaround support. It reports to the E&I Maintenance and Reliability Manager and requires 7–10 years of experience in chemical, petrochemical, refining, pulp and paper, power generation, or heavy industrial manufacturing, with preferred supervisory experience and relevant certifications.
