Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a senior silicon implementation engineer to develop and scale RTL-to-silicon implementation methodologies for complex next-generation 12nm SoCs. The role focuses on hierarchical design planning, logic synthesis, timing convergence, power analysis, UPF-based low-power flows, multi-die integration, design partitioning, and cross-functional collaboration with physical design. The engineer will also mentor teams and establish scalable implementation practices, with 14+ years of SoC implementation experience and a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a related field required.
