Mittelhof e.V. is hiring a permanent Technical Staff Member – Building Management to work on-site in its approximately 20 facilities in the Steglitz-Zehlendorf district. The role involves maintaining and repairing technical systems and equipment, independently carrying out renovation, repair, and conversion work, supporting construction and modernization projects, procuring materials, and occasionally driving. Applicants need completed trade or technical training in plumbing, heating, electrical work, or a comparable field, a class BE driver’s license, independent work motivation, practical technical skills, teamwork, and a responsible approach focused on the safety of children and adults.
