Axoft is hiring a Technical Staff, Operations professional in Cambridge, Massachusetts to establish and maintain microfabrication equipment, cleanroom operations, materials, chemicals, and vendor services for implantable brain-machine interface manufacturing. The role owns equipment uptime and documentation, supports process development and statistical process control, manages waste and safety, and collaborates with Microfabrication, Operations, Quality, and vendor teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent expertise, 5–7 years of manufacturing experience, and hands-on experience with complex equipment, cleanroom operations, or tool ownership.
