Description
Top Aces is hiring a Technical Standards and Training Instructor to develop, manage, and improve maintenance training systems; onboard and mentor new technicians; provide recurrent technical qualification training; support safety, compliance, quality, and environmental programs; and guide maintenance operations. The role requires at least eight years of Top Aces experience, flight-line and heavy maintenance experience, a Transport Canada AME licence, aircraft qualification, Microsoft Office proficiency, and knowledge of maintenance software and procedures. It is a full-time permanent onsite position requiring flexible scheduling, overtime, shift work, outdoor work, regular travel, and potentially international travel.
