Microbyte is hiring a full-time Technical Standards Manager to own the technical relationship for a portfolio of 5 to 20 clients, serving as their escalation point and trusted advisor. The role involves regular site visits, maintaining network diagrams, system records, and asset information, developing client IT strategy, resolving recurring issues at the root, supporting procurement and project implementations, enforcing technical standards, identifying risks, and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. The position is office-based in Peterborough, Monday to Thursday from 08:45 to 17:30 and Friday from 08:00 to 17:30, with a salary of £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience.
