The role coordinates shift work, schedules and guides employees, ensures process and quality standards, operates reprocessing systems, performs batch releases, picks reprocessed devices for clinical departments, and participates in quality management. Applicants need completed Specialist Training I or II as a Technical Sterilization Assistant, successful validation training, IT application skills, strong technical understanding, organizational and communication skills, and teamwork.
