Description
The Technical Strategy Lead will guide the Applications division’s transformation toward AI-first software development, shaping multi-year technology roadmaps, architectural standards, governance, and modern engineering practices. The role connects technology with architecture, delivery, sales, customers, and management, while identifying market opportunities and translating them into customer value. It requires at least 10 years of software development experience, several years in a strategic and technical role, expertise in cloud platforms and scalable delivery, and practical experience with AI tooling and agentic engineering. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €7,000–€8,000, a bonus, mobility benefits, pension, training opportunities, and a hybrid work arrangement across Utrecht, Amsterdam, or home.
