CSG Consultants is hiring a Technical Studies Manager to lead and grow its Environmental Planning practice’s in-house Technical Services team. The role manages specialized environmental studies involving air quality, greenhouse gas emissions, health risk assessments, energy, and noise/vibration; oversees modeling, CEQA/NEPA compliance, budgets, proposals, client relationships, business development, recruitment, mentoring, and staff performance. The position is primarily office-based with a hybrid schedule, occasional travel to client and project sites, and requires a California Class C driver’s license. The listed salary range is $97,000–$150,000 USD, with comprehensive benefits for full-time employees.
