Damen Naval is hiring a Technical Subcontract Manager Electrical to coordinate and manage electrical subcontracted work packages across complex naval projects. The role covers preparation, procurement, engineering, installation, testing, technical integration, progress monitoring, contractual obligations, project reviews, and acceptance of FAT, HAT, and SAT milestones. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, 5–10 years of experience, knowledge of electrical installations and project management, and strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
