Wiz Co is seeking a Financial Lines and Casualty leader to manage and administer the unit’s operations, develop strategic relationships with insurers and reinsurers, define growth strategies, monitor performance, identify new business opportunities, retain clients, lead teams, and improve risk-management processes. The role requires a completed postgraduate degree, substantial insurance-market experience, technical knowledge of large-risk products, leadership and negotiation experience, and a strategic, results-oriented approach. The position follows a WE Flex model with four days in person and one day remotely.
