JLL is hiring an experienced Technical Supervisor for its Central London team to lead and coordinate a site-based engineering team delivering services under contractual SOW requirements. The role covers facility systems and MEP operations, CAFM monitoring, safety and compliance inspections, incident reporting, client and stakeholder communications, vendor and supply-chain oversight, emergency response, and performance reporting. Candidates should have 5–10 years of field experience in facilities or construction management, experience progressing into project management, and a track record in high-end commercial, corporate, or events environments.
