Q-Sourcing Servtec is recruiting a Technical Supervisor for a client in the security industry in Nairobi, Kenya. The role oversees the installation, servicing, and maintenance of CCTV, access control, and alarm systems; manages post-completion monitoring, escalations, service-level compliance, client communication, and team performance; and supports continuous improvement. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronic engineering, ICT, or a related technical field, at least five years of electronics experience, security-system knowledge, maintenance and leadership skills, and strong communication abilities.
