Stirling Council Housing Services is hiring a full-time permanent Technical Supervisor to lead its Plumbing Section from Allan Water House or on a mobile basis. The role involves property inspections, repair and maintenance planning, workforce and subcontractor supervision, safety and compliance reporting, and customer-focused delivery of plumbing services. Candidates need construction and plumbing supervision experience, recognised plumbing and gas qualifications, mechanical-services knowledge, water-safety expertise, communication and organisational skills, Microsoft Office competence, and a full valid driving licence. The salary is £43,758–£46,332 for 35 hours per week, with hybrid working where the role allows.
