Vivaldis Technics is hiring a Technical Supervisor for a food-processing client at its Tournai site. The role manages a small team of three to four electromechanics technicians, coordinates technical interventions, ensures maintenance standards are met, and organizes workshop operations for continuity and efficiency. The position requires electromechanics and industrial maintenance experience, team leadership, flexibility for a two-shift schedule, and autonomy. Compensation is €3,500–€4,000 gross per month, with meal vouchers, eco-vouchers, shift bonuses, and other benefits.
