InterSystems is hiring a Technical Specialist Supervisor to lead a Dubai-based team providing technical support for healthcare applications and related products. The role manages workload, performance, recruitment, escalations, service levels, and team coverage; provides technical guidance on complex issues, customisations, interfaces, migrations, upgrades, and go-lives; and coordinates with Support, Services, Implementation, and Product teams. International travel and participation in 24-hour extended support may be required.
