Description
The Automotive Technology Supervisor will lead the VPC department in Zeebrugge, coordinate daily port operations, schedule work, adjust to customer demand, prioritize tasks, communicate safety and quality instructions, resolve operational and automotive technology problems, report performance to the VPC manager, and coach foremen and operators. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, leadership experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, Dutch and English fluency, a category B driving licence, and strong safety and stress-management skills.
