Modern Woodmen of America is hiring a Technical Support Administrator I to support laptop and endpoint computing environments, troubleshoot technical issues, administer Windows and endpoint systems, create PowerShell and other scripts, coordinate equipment, maintain firmware and software catalogs, and provide user training. The role requires at least one year of related work experience, an associate degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, and the ability to obtain LOMA Level I within six months. It is a full-time onsite position in Rock Island, Illinois, paying $29.25 per hour, with medical, dental, prescription drug, retirement, and other benefits.
