Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of technical support or troubleshooting experience, plus product knowledge and demonstrated troubleshooting experience across Microsoft Purview areas. The role is based in Romania and offers a base pay range of 199,400–347,800 lei per year.
